Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the rules and procedures of refunding and cancelling subscriptions for the Software as a Service (SaaS) based legal research platform, Counselvise ("Service"), owned and operated by Adviselo Collab Studios Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By subscribing to our Service, you are deemed to be agreed to this Policy.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures of refunding and cancelling subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

• Your subscription will automatically be cancelled after the end of the subscription period if not renewed.
• Customers may contact our customer support team via contact@counselvise.com for any cancellation assistance.
• It is your responsibility to back up any data or content associated with your account before canceling your subscription. Counselvise is not responsible for any loss of data that occurs as a result of your cancellation.

2. Refunds

• We typically do not provide refunds for our Subscription Plans. However, each case will be evaluated individually.
• Refund requests must be submitted by writing an Email at contact@counselvise.com with valid reasons.
• Refunds will be approved at the sole discretion of Counselvise. We reserve the right to deny refund request if we believe that the customer has violated our Terms of Service or used the product for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Refunding a subscription will result in the immediate cancellation of the associated service. You will lose access to the SaaS product upon receiving a refund.
• No refunds will be provided for subscriptions that have already been renewed.

3. Modification to the Service and Prices

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

In case of price change from an effective date, the new package subscription shall be at the revised Price. However the subscriber who have already made payment before effecting the revised pricing shall continue to access the subscriptions for the remaining period of their subscription at the old price without any additional billing or refunds.
