Delay of 133 (One Hundred and Thirty Three) days was result of official formalities which had to be adopted by the Insurance Company in forwarding the decision of the MAC Case No. 146/2016 decided vide order dated 29.06.2024 by the learned Member, MACT, Dhubri. 5.
