These matters have been directed to be heard together vide order dated 29.01.2024. 2. This Court has gone across the order dated 29.01.2024 wherefrom it is evident that the other analogous matters which are on Board today from Sl. No.14 to 29 of the daily cause list i.e., C.M.P.Nos.258/2021, 259/2021, 260/2021, 262/2021, 263/2021, 264/2021, 265/2021, 266/2021, 271/2021, 272/2021, 273/2021, 274/2021, 275/2021, 276/2021 and 277/2021, have also been said to be analogous to the cases listed on 29.01.2024 at Sl. Nos.37 to 49 of the daily cause list, i.e., C.M.P. Nos. 240/2021, 241/2021, 242/2021, 243/2021, 244/2021, 245/2021, 246/2021, 247/2021, 248/2021, 249/2021, 251/2021, 256/2021 and 257/2021. 6 3. Considering the same, the cases listed on Board from Sl. No.14 to 29 of today’s daily cause list have also been prayed to be heard along with the cases listed at Sl. Nos.37 to 49 of daily cause list dated 29.01.2024. 4. Accordingly, all the aforesaid Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are being heard together. 5. Mr. Biren Poddar, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, on instruction, has submitted that he does not intend to press these petitions since the relief which has been sought for has already become infructuous. 6. Such submission has been made in presence of the learned counsel appearing for the Income Tax Department. 7. Considering the submission made by Mr. Biren Poddar, learned senior counsel, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are rendered to be infructuous and, as such, are hereby disposed of.
