Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) 14, Chennai dated 30.01.2018 relevant to the assessment year 2012-13. 2. When the cross objections was taken up for hearing, by filing a petition dated 21.09.2022 of the assessee, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has prayed for withdrawal of the cross objections on the C.O. No. 104/Chny/18 2 ground that in order to reduce the pending disputes, protracted litigation on technical matters and considering the valuable time and resources involved in the litigation process, the company would likely to humbly withdraw the cross objections filed, against which, the ld. DR has not opposed. In view of the above, the Cross Objections filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. In the result, the CO filed by the assessee is dismissed.
