On the date of hearing, the Counsel for the assessee vide Application dated 15.03.2022 seeking the withdrawal of the Cross Objections. Revenue has no objection in assessee withdrawing the Cross Objections. 2 3. We have heard the rival submissions and perused the material available on record. In view of the aforesaid request of the assessee, the cross objections of assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the result, Cross Objections of assessee are dismissed.
