As per the copy of order dated 23.08.2019 placed on record by the assessee, the ITA No. CO 55/Del/2019 Sameer Kapoor 2 7656/Del/2018 being appeal of revenue has been dismissed on 23.08.2019 as having low tax effect. 3. That being so, Ld. Counsel for assessee is not pressing the cross objection. The same are dismissed withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 20 th October, 2022.
