At the time of hearing before us, the learned Counsel for the assessee, by placing a letter dated 12 th May, 2022, contended that the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeal by the assessee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
