During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted a request vide letter dated 13 th June 2024 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal. 3. The ld. Therefore, in view of the above, we allow the withdrawal of the appeal filed the assessee and accordingly appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
