The appeal of the assessee is barred by 173 days. In this regard, the assessee has filed an application for condonation of delay along with affidavit, stating therein that the delay was occurred due to Covid-19 pandemic. Ld.CIT-DR also did not object to condone the delay. In view of the above, we condone the delay of 173 days in filing the appeal by the assessee and the appeal is heard finally. ITA No.121/CTK/2021 2 3. At the outset, ld.AR of the assessee requested to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn. 4.
