Lonkar “Before ITAT ‘A’ bench, Pune. In the matter of Shir Appasaheb Baburao Lonkar 56/2/2 Aryavart Society, Shivajinagar Pune 411005. ITA No. 1367/Pun/2017 Hearing fixed on 20-04-2022. Sir, It is requested to allow me to withdraw the appeal fixed for hearing on 19-04-2022. The appeal of the assessee No. ITAT 888/Pun/2018 has been decided vide order dt. 02-01-2019.
