Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 25.10.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under : “I, Suresh Laxman Takmoge, Solapur had filed appeal for the Assessment Year 2014-15 against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals-7), Pune. The above appeal was filed on 16-09-2019 before your Honour along with Form 36 and statement of facts. Now, as I had filed application for Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2020 and paid requisite taxes thereon on 30-09-2021.
