At the time of hearing, there is a letter from the assessee dated 07/04/2023 requesting to withdraw the above appeal. Since pursuant to the 263 proceedings, the Income Tax Officer vide order u/s. 143(3) r.w.s. 263 r.w.s. 144B of the Act dated 14.03.2023, completed the assessment accepting the returned income by the assessee. Copy of the above order is also placed on record and therefore sought permission to withdraw the above appeal filed by the assessee. 3. Ld. CIT-DR Shri Aarsi Prasad has no objection for withdrawal of the above appeal. Recording the above statements, the appeal filed by the Assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
