At the outset, the learned Counsel for the assessee Shri P. Murali Mohan Rao, CA undertaken before the Bench that ITA Nos 1617 and 1618 2017 GVPR Engineers Ltd Page 2 of 2 he will be producing a letter from the assessee for withdrawal of these two appeals. The learned DR has no objection for withdrawal of these appeals by the assessee. In view of the undertaking given by the learned Counsel for the assessee, these two appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 3. In the result, appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed.
