When the matter had come up for hearing today, the appellant filed a letter seeking permission to withdraw the above captioned appeals on the ground that the issues involved in these appeals stand settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020. The appellant Assessee by : None Revenue by : Shri S. P. Walimbe Date of hearing : 04.01.2022 Date of pronouncement : 04.01.2022 2 also filed copy of Form No.5 issued by the Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Nashik. 3. On the other hand, the ld. Department Representative had expressed no objection to permit the withdrawal of the appeals. 4. In the circumstances, we hereby grant permission to the appellant to withdraw the appeals. Accordingly, the above captioned appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
