DURGA RAO, JUDICIAL MEMBER: This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) 1, Chennai, dated 22.02.2018 relevant to the assessment year 2014-15. 2. When this appeal was taken up for hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has submitted that the present appeal under consideration is relating to assessment year 2011-12, but all the papers pertaining to the assessment year 2014-15 are filed mistakenly. It is also numbered as I.T.A. No.1697/Chny/18 2 appeal for the assessment year 2014-15 based on the papers filed by the assessee. It was further submission that the assessee may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and permitted to file fresh appeal relating to the assessment year 2011-12. The ld. DR has not raised any objection in view of the above and by considering the request of the assessee, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
