However at the time of hearing the landed the ld. AR submitted that he has received instructions from the assessee to withdraw the appeal. Following application was filed before us in support of the prayer. For ready reference it is reproduced hereunder: ITA-17/HD/2021 A.Y. 2016-17 Page 2 of 3 3. The Ld. CIT Dr considering the same had no objection accepting the prayer of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the light of the submissions of the parties before the bench the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Said order was pronounced in the “at the time of hearing itself. Said order was pronounced in the presence of the parties. 5. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced on 22 nd April,2022.
