The relevant contents of such letter reads as under : “With all humbleness and if your kindness permit, we wish to withdraw this appeal. The appellant has opted for vivid se vishwas scheme. The form 5 was issued by the department on 10/01/2022. (Kindly find enclosed Form 5) I humbly request your kindness to allow us to withdraw this appeal. For this act of kindness, assessee shall always remain obliged.” 3. On perusal of the above letter and having no objection from the side of ld. DR, I allow the request of ld.
