PRASAD, J.M. This appeal by assessee has been directed against the order of Ld. CIT(Appeals), Moradabad dated 01.01.2019 for AY 2014-15. 2. Ld. Counsel for Assessee filed letter on 20.06.2022 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue has been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form No. 3 has already been submitted by the assessee. Assessee also furnished copy of challan for Rs.75,000/- dated 27.08.2021 in proof of payment of taxes under the I.T.A.No.1844/Del/2019 2 scheme. In view of the above submissions the assessee is permitted to withdraw her appeal 3. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
