Before us, the ld. AR has filed a letter dated 11.11.2021 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal under ‘Vivad Assessee by : Shri Abhay Avachat Revenue by : Shri M.G. Jasnani Date of hearing : 12-11-2021 Date of pronouncement : 12-11-2021 ITA No.1856/PUN/2019 2 Se Vishwas Scheme’ under The Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. The relevant contents of such letter, read as under : “1. In the captioned matter, this refers to the hearing of assessee’s appeal scheduled on November 12, 2021. 2. The assessee is in receipt of Form 3 dated 30/12/2020 vide acknowledgement no.955628840301220 relating to the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme opted by her relating to the A.Y. 2015-16. 3. In this respect, a copy of form 3 is enclosed herewith. 4. I request your honor to allow the assessee to withdraw appeal since she is in receipt of Form 3 under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme. 5. Kindly take the request on record and acknowledge.” 3. On perusal of the above letter and having no objection from the side of ld. DR, we allow the request of ld. AR to withdraw the appeal. 4. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
