At the outset, it is brought to the notice of the Bench by the ld.counsel for the assessee that assessee wants to withdraw her above appeal, and placed on record an application to this effect signed by the assessee. The same was placed on record. In the ITA No.53/Rjt/2020 2 light of the above withdrawal application of the assessee, the appeal of the assessee stands dismissed.
