At the ti me of hea ring of appeal of the assessee, a wri tten request vide application dated 02.05.2024 was filed by the assessee. The assessee wants to seek per mission to withdraw the ITA No.191/Ahd/2021 (Biren Dhirajlal Shah vs. ITO) A.Y.– 2008-09 - 2 – captioned appeal. The Ld.
