Vide petition dated 1 st April, 2024, the assessee has sought to withdraw the appeal filed before the Tribunal on the ground that during the pendency of the appeal, in pursuance to revisional directions made under section 263 of the Act, consequential order u/s.143(3)/263 of the Act has been passed by the Assessing Officer on 29.3.2024 and hence, there remains no grievance of the assessee against the order passed by the Pr. CIT u/s.263 of the Act. Ld AR on behalf of the assessee also reiterated the above submission in his petition and request for withdrawal of the appeal. Ld CIT DR did not have any objection to the prayer of the assessee. In view of above, we permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 4.
