SYAL, VP : This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 17-10-2019 passed by the CIT(A)-4, Pune confirming the penalty of Rs.1,54,93,953 imposed by the Assessing Officer u/s 271(1)(c) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 in relation to the assessment year 2012-13. 2. At the outset, the ld. AR submitted that the appeal under consideration has become infructuous because the quantum appeal has gone under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme. The ld.
