Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-3, Ahmedabad (in short ‘PCIT’) under Section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred as to ‘the Act’) arising out of the order dated 19.12.2019 passed by the DCIT, Circle-3(2), Ahmedabad under Section 143(3) of the Act for Assessment Year 2017-18. ITA No. 212/Ahd/2022 (M/s. Milan Road Lines vs. PCIT) A.Y.– 2017-18 - 2 - 2. At the time of hearing of appeal, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission to withdraw the captioned appeal of the assessee by written/oral request. Ld. Departmental Representative for the Revenue did not express any objection in this regard. We, therefore, keeping in view of the particular fact, grant the prayers as sought for. 3.
