ITO ITA No. 216/RPR/2017 आदेश / ORDER PER RAVISH SOOD, JM: The present appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(Appeal), Bilaspur dated 24.03.2017, which in turn arises from the order passed by the A.O u/s.143(3) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (for short ‘the Act’), dated 13.03.2015 for assessment year 2012-13. 2. At the very outset of hearing, it was submitted by the Ld. Authorized Representative (for short ‘AR’) for the assessee that as per instructions he seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 3. Per contra, the Ld. Departmental Representative (for short ‘DR’) did not raise any objection for seeking withdrawal of the present appeal by the assessee. 4. In the backdrop of the aforesaid concession of the Ld. AR, we, herein, permit the assessee to withdraw the captioned appeal. 5. In the result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
