Counsel for the assessee at the outset submitted that the assessee has gone under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and has received Forms No. 3 and 5. In such a scenario, the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal. Copies of Form No. 5 received along with withdrawal application has been filed on record by the assessee. The ld. D.R did not raise any objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. 3.
