Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-7, Mumbai [in short the Ld. CIT(A)] for assessment year 2010-11. 2. At the outset, learned Authorised Representative of the assessee made a request on behalf of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal, as the assessee has opted for settling the dispute arising in the appeal under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 and has also received the certificate issued by the designated authority in Form 3. 2 ITA No. 223/MUM/2020 Assessment Year: 2010-11 3. The learned Departmental Representative has no objection to the aforesaid request of the assessee. 4. In view of the facts discussed above and considering assessee’s request, we permit withdrawal of the present appeal. Accordingly, appeals is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
