At the time of hearing before us, by placing a letter dated 05.04.2022, the learned Counsel for the assessee stated that the assessee has availed dispute resolution scheme under the provisions of Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 and prayed that the appeal may be treated as withdrawn. In view of above submission of the learned Counsel for the assessee, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn. ITA No.241/Coch/2019. M/s.Abhisekham Jewellers. 2 3.
