When the appeal is called for hearing, the Ld.AR submitted a written submission praying for withdrawal of the appeal due to duplication of filing the 2 ITA No.2505 /Mum/2023 Padma – Disha Paradise appeal. The other appeal bearing ITA No.2368/Mum/2013 was already disposed of and the order has been pronounced on dated 26/10/2023 by the ITAT-Mumbai Bench “C”. The Ld.DR has not made any objection against the submission of the assessee. Accordingly, we accept the petition of the Ld.AR and the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. 3.
