Counsel for the Assessee submitted at the outset that the assessee is no longer aggrieved by the impugned revisional order for the reason that the order passed u/s 143(3) of the Income Tax Act pursuant to revisional direction passed by the PCIT does not eventually cause any prejudice to the interest of the assessee. The Ld. Counsel, thus, submitted that he does not seek to press the captioned appeal anymore. 3. In the light of the submissions made on behalf of the assessee, the appeal of the Assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.
