Banerjee & Co., Chartered Accountants, which have been given the power of attorney to appear in this case on behalf of the assessee has moved an application for withdrawal of the instant appeal, since the appellant is closing their business. Therefore, we allow the request of the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 3. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
