The learned counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, filed a petition dated Nil stating that the assessee has instructed her to withdraw the appeal and therefore, prayed that the assessee may be permitted to withdraw its appeal and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. The learned DR for the Revenue has no objection to withdraw the appeal. 2 ITA No. 271/Chny/2021 3. In view of the above reasons, we dismiss appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
