The assessee has also preferred a stay petition. The relevant assessment year is 2019-2020. 2. At the time of hearing before us, the learned AR placed a letter dated 24.06.2022 and submitted that the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal and stay petition. The learned DR did not have any objection for withdrawal of the appeal and stay petition by the assessee. In view of the above request of the learned AR, we dismiss the appeal and stay petition filed by the assessee as withdrawn. 3. In the result, the appeal and stay petition filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced on this 27 th day of June, 2022.
