The learned AR for the assessee, at the time of hearing, filed a petition dated 02.05.2022 stating that the assessee has instructed him to withdraw the appeal and therefore, prayed that assessee may be permitted to withdraw his appeal and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The learned DR for the Revenue has no objection to withdraw the appeal. 2 ITA No.274/Chny/2021 4. In view of the above reasons, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
