CIT(Appeals)-II, Rajkot vide order dated 14.11.2014 passed under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) which, in turn, arises out of an assessment order passed by the A.O. under Section 143(3) of the Act, dated 14.10.2011 for A.Y. 2009- 10. I.T.A No. 276/Rjt/2023 A.Y. 2009-10 Sangitaben Maheshbhai Joshi vs. ITO 2 2. Before us, the ld. counsel, Shri Chetan Agarwal and Shri Brijesh Parekh, on behalf of the assessee submitted that assessee did not wish to press this appeal, to which, the ld. D.R. did not raise any objection. Consequently, we treat this appeal as withdrawn. 3. In the result, assessee’s appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
