ITO, Ward-2(2), Kolhapur (Appellant) (Respondent) आदेश / ORDER This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(A) on 18.12.2019 in relation to the assessment year 2007-08. 2. At the outset, the ld. DR submitted that the assessee vide email dated 16-11-2021 intimated that he has opted for Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and obtained Form-5 from the CIT. It was also mentioned that he wishes to withdraw the appeal. The assessee has also submitted withdrawal application which reads as under : “With reference to above subject we would like to withdraw the said appeal as we have opted for Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and the same has been approved and Form 3 has been received and we have also submitted Form 4 for the same. We, therefore, request your honour to withdraw the said appeal.” Appellant by None (withdrawal application filed) Respondent by Shri M.G.
