ITO, Ward-12(1), Pune Appellant Respondent आदेश / ORDER This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the ld. CIT(A) on 19-11-2019 in relation to the Assessment Year 2015-16. 2. Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 14-12-2021 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal under ‘Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme’ under The Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under : “1. The above referred Appellant has filed an appeal before the bench on 07 th January, 2020. The same is pending as on the date of this application (Photocopy of Acknowledged Form 36 is enclosed). Assessee by : Shri Suhas P. Bora Revenue by : Shri S.P. Walimbe Date of hearing : 22-12-2021 Date of pronouncement : 22-12-2021 ITA No.30/PUN/2020 2 2. The appellant has decided to opt for the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme-2020 and accordingly uploaded the Form No.1 and 2 of the said scheme on 21 st March, 2020 bearing Receipt No.327906501210320 (Photocopy of Form 3 received from PCIT is enclosed). 3. Accordingly, the Appellant prays your Honour to permit the Appellant to withdraw the said appeal. 4. Photocopy of Letter of Authority is enclosed.” 3. On perusal of the above letter and having no objection from the side of ld. DR, we allow the request of assessee to withdraw the appeal. 4. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
