AR for the assessee has submitted that the Bench that the assessee does not want to pursue the present appeal and requested to withdraw the same. The ld. AR for the assessee has also filed a letter dated 03.05.2022, whereby it is prayed that withdrawal of the appeal may be accepted and the appeal may be considered as withdrawn. The ld. DR has ITA No. 300 /JP/2020 Smt. Amita Garg vs. ITO 2 raised no objection if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, in view of the submission of ld.
