The Grounds of Appeal raised by the Assessee is as follows: 1. The order passed by Ld. CIT(A) is bad in law in fact and liable to be quashed. 2. The Ld. CIT(A) has erred in confirming the addition of Rs. 66,15,000/- being double addition as well as deleted by rectification order dated 14.02.2022 u/s. 154 of the I.T. Act 1961 by CPC. 3. The Ld. CIT(A) has erred in confirming interest u/s. 234A, 234B & 234C of the I.T. Act 1961. 2.1. At the outset, the Ld. Counsel Shri Sakar Sharma appearing for the assessee submitted before us that by rectification order u/s. 154 dated 14.02.2022, the assessee got the relief. Thus the grounds raised before the Tribunal becomes academic and therefore permitted to withdraw the appeal. 3. The Ld. Sr. DR Shri Dileep Kumar has no serious objection for the above claim made by the assessee. 4. Recording the above statements, the appeal filed by the Assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
