CIT(A), Palampur. 2. During the course of hearing nobody was present on behalf of the assessee however withdrawal application has been furnished which read as under: Sub: Withdrawal of Appeal No. ITA 32/CHANDI/2020, A.Y. 2011-12 With due respect it is humbly submitted that we had filed an appeal before the ITAT by mistake which was a defective appeal as per the provisions of the law. This appeal was filed before the CIT under the PAN which was dismissed. Then we filed a fresh appeal before the CIT with the TAN credentials. As our appeals have been accepted before the CIT, we hereby withdraw the appeal accepted(though defective) by ITAT vide Appeal No. ITA 32/CHANDI/2020.
