Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Nasik dated 21-03-2022 for the Assessment Year 2017-18. 2. At the time of hearing, the assessee filed a letter stating as under: Sub: Withdrawal of appeal No. 326/PUN/2022 for A.Y. 2017-18 Respected sir, With reference to the above subject, I have to respectfully submit that I shave filed the above cited appeal against the order u/s 263 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 passed by the Pr. CIT Nasik, Sir. In the meantime fresh assessment proceedings were started at the Faceless Assessment Centre in view of the order u/s263 of the Act. Sir, after verification of the points raised in the order u/s 263 of the Act, the Faceless Assessment Unit has passed assessment order u/s 143 (3) r.w.s. 263 of the Act. Therefore, I have no grievance against the order u/s 263 of the Act. Therefore, I want to withdraw the above appeal. Therefore, it is earnestly requested to allow me the withdrawal of the appeal and oblige. 3. The ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. 2 ITA No. 326PUN/2022 Dattatraya G. Pindkurwar A.Y. 2017-18 4. In view of the request made by the assessee, we permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 5. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
