NARASIMHA CHARY, J.M: Aggrieved by the order(s) passed by the learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi (“Ld. CIT(A)”), in the case of Centre for Economic and Social Studies (“the assessee”) for the assessment year 2018-19, assessee preferred these appeals. ITA Nos. 327 & 328/Hyd/2023 Page 2 of 3 2. Today when this matter is called, learned AR submitted a letter dated 05/10/2023 signed by the Director, stating that the assessee have filed a writ petition before Telangana High Court vide W.P. No. 12195 of 2023 on 28/04/2023 and the matter is disposed by Hon'ble court by remanding the matter to CIT(Appeals) on 30/08/2023. So, to comply with the Hon'ble High Court’s order, the assessee does not want to continue these appeals and prayed the leave of the Bench to withdraw these appeals. Learned DR submits no objection. Recording the same, these appeals are permitted to be withdrawn. 3. In the result, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on this the 19 th day of October, 2023.
