Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Ranchi dated 29.03.2022 passed under section 263 of the Income Tax Act for A.Y. 2012- 13. 2. The assessee has filed an application for out of turn hearing. Though the Revenue has sought an adjournment but we do not find any merit their request because it is simply an application for adjudicating the issue whether the appeal should be heard out of turn or not. Since Hon’ble President, ITAT vide standing instruction dated 14 th June, 2016 ITA No. 34/RAN/2022 Assessment Year: 2012-2013 Kross Limited, Jamshedpur 2 directed all the Benches to hear appeals challenging 263 orders on priority basis. Considering the standing Instruction, we direct the Registry to list this appeal for hearing out of turn. 3. Considering the above, this appeal is directed to be fixed in the next month when Ranchi Bench is settled to be heard virtually. 4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is allowed.
