When the appeal was taken up for hearing, none was present on behalf of the assessee. 3. At the outset, learned Departmental Representative fairly submitted that the assessee had opted for settling the dispute arising in the appeal under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 and the dispute has been settled with issuance of certificate by the designated authority in Form 5. Having considered the submissions of learned Departmental Representative and perused the materials on record, we permit the revenue to withdraw the present appeal.
