AR of the assessee Shri Bikash Chanda that this appeal preferred by the assessee is being withdrawn as per the instruction of the assessee. Since Ld. AR of the assessee is willing to withdraw this appeal as per the instruction of the assessee, we are inclined to allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal. 3.
