Shah, counsel for the assessee has been placed on record stating that since her client was not inclined to pursue the ITA No.3625/Ahd/2015 2 matter pending before the Tribunal, she sought for permission for withdrawal of the same. In view of the above letter of the counsel for the assessee, the appeal of the assessee being ITA No.3625/Ahd/2015 is treated as dismissed as being withdrawn.
