At the time of hearing, when the case was called for hearing, learned assessee’s counsel moved an application dated 20 th May 2024 requesting withdrawal of the present appeal filed by it. 3. On the other hand, learned Departmental Representative has no objection to the said withdrawal of the appeal. 4. Having heard both the sides and perusing the record as well as considering the withdrawal request, we dismiss the present appeal as withdrawn. 5.
