CIT(Appeals), Pune-5, Pune dated 25.10.2019 for the assessment year 2011- 12 as per the grounds of appeal on record. 2. The assessee by filing letter dated 28.10.2021 submitted that he wants to withdraw the appeal in light of the assessee opting for resolution under the provisions enumerated in the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 („the VSV Act‟) and has filed withdrawal application along with Form-3 in this regard. 2 ITA No. 43/PUN/2020 A.Y.2011-12 3. The Ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal. Hence, we permit the withdrawal. Appeal of assessee is dismissed being withdrawn. 4. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced on 11 th day of November, 2021.
