Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals-4), Vadodara in Appeal no. CIT(A)- Vadodara-4/10379/2017-18 vide order dated 18/03/2020 passed for the assessment year 2010-11. 2. At the time of hearing, ld. counsel for the assessee has requested to withdraw the appeal filed. The Ld. Counsel for the assessee also filed letter dated 28 th March 2022 along-with Form 5 in respect of the appeal, in which ITA No. 431/Ahd/2020 Assessment Year 2010-11 I.T.A No. 431/Ahd/2020 A.Y. 2010-11 Page No. Shri Chandresh Roshanlal Jain vs. ACIT 2 he has submitted the assessee has opted for “Vivaad se Vishwas scheme 2020” floated by Government for resolution of dispute and accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 3. The Revenue is fair enough in not objecting to the same. 4. We therefore accept assessee’s request for withdrawing the appeal filed. 5. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
