This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of learned Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Valsad [in short the ld. Pr.CIT] dated 30/03/2022 passed under Section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (in short, the Act) for the Assessment Year (AY) 2017-18. 2. This appeal came up for hearing on today i.e. 03/07/2023. At the outset of hearing, the learned Authorised Representative (ld. AR) of the assessee submits that he is not pressing various grounds of appeal and may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal. The ld. AR of the assessee further submits that no addition in pursuance of direction of ld. Pr.CIT ITA No. 441/SRT/2022 Rashmi Kamal Shah Vs Pr.CIT 2 under Section 263 of the Act is made in the assessment order passed under Section 143(3) rws 263 of the Act. 3. On the other hand, the learned Commissioner of Income Tax- Departmental Representative (ld. CIT-DR) for the revenue has raised no objection, if the appeal is assessee is permitted to be withdrawn. Considering the prayer of the ld. AR of the assessee, we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal. 4. In the result, this appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
